Nominations MUST be completed through SASSOT Sport Awards nomination form which you can download here.  To strengthen your application we also suggest that you provide a short video clip no longer than 2 minutes in length to describe why your nominee is a worthy winner.  The video can include club or project members as well as the nominee themselves.  Please ensure that you have sourced the appropriate permissions from those included in the video in line with data protection regulations.   You can submit the video via our social media channels  SportAcrossStaffordshire&SoT or @SASSOTCSP alternatively you can use free online file sharing services such as WeTransfer.  SASSOT will use the video footage at the judging panel meeting as well as the SASSOT website, Facebook and Twitter channels.

Malcolm Armstrong, Chair, SASSOT Board said: “There are thousands of people across Staffordshire doing fantastic things to inspire people to lead healthier, fun and active lives, from swimming to boocia, cricket to keep fit.

“We want to recognise those individuals, whether they are coaching future talent, reaching out to less advantaged people, or achieving sporting success of their own – but we need the community to nominate them.”

Nominations will close at 5pm Sunday 30th September 2018.

Good Luck!
