Spring is upon us! A perfect time to inspire more and more people to become active as we move towards the summer months!

SASSOT wants to steer you in the right direction and to access the right investment for your ideas and projects. We hope that this month’s instalment of the funding updates will help you to create a pathway to develop your opportunities.

Funding

Tip of the Month!

Make sure you clearly identify the outcomes!

Most funders will have specific outcomes which they expect projects to achieve during the funding period. If you’re project doesn’t focus in on these outcomes, it’s very unlikely that you will be successful!

The ability to demonstrate your project’s outcomes before applying is a significant part of the planning process and knowing clearly what your programme is aiming to achieve will definitely steer you in the right direction to monitor and evaluate against your targets.

Therefore, make sure you take some time to plan the programme effectively and concisely in order to identify your programme objectives.

Remember: fail to prepare, prepare to fail!
