Saturday Morning Girls Soccer Centre

Calling All Girls aged 5-16 to take part in their Girls Only Soccer Centre. This provides a fantastic opportunity for girls of all abilities and backgrounds to participate in football coaching sessions and play in football matches against other clubs and community trusts representing Port Vale Football Club – see below for more details.




It’s a fun, 45 minute long exercise class aimed specifically at Women and girls that combines very simple football moves and exercise to music all whilst burning calories and helping you to keep in shape.

Who is it for?

Soccercise is for all levels of fitness and abilities- you don’t need to be a footballer! It’s great for anyone looking to try something different than an average circuit class. These sessions are adaptable to all so why not bring your friends, mum, daughter or any other family member along with you.


Walking football

Walking Football, a slow-paced version of the beautiful game aimed at the over 50s is a great way to meet with friends, get active and enjoy the beautiful game!

The rules are adapted so there is no running, very little contact and kick ins instead of throw ins. With less stress on the body and no real sudden change of direction or cutting movements the game allows participants to play without apprehension and at their own pace.walking football
